Oh sleep... yes i love it! I love sleeping and i wish i could get more of it :(
Actually, after seeing this interesting video about the importance of sleeping I'm definitely going to get more sleep at night. Usually I'm one of those persons that likes to get everything done, so even if I'm not done with my h.w and its 1:00 o'clock already I'll still stay awake just to finish whatever i have to do. I know... that's really bad. Lately I've been a little sleep deprived since i go to sleep late and wake up early :[

The studies done in this video were kind of amazing, and the results were shocking. I mean, i would have never known that sleep deprivation could be so harmful, even to the point of putting you in track for various diseases such as obesity and diabetes.. now that's crazy.
I also liked learning that not getting enough sleep actually makes you become hungry even if you are truly not hungry... yeah, sleep deprivation messes up many things in your body and mind.
All i have to say after this video is that i definitely need to get to bed earlier and make sure i get those precious 7-8 hours of sleep :) Oh how I'm looking forward to them hehe :D
